Brian Friedman

I first began traveling to Costa Rica in the fall of 1997, and after several trips here for short periods of time I decided that life is too short not to live in Costa Rica. Having been raised in Charleston, South Carolina I returned to my home to pursue a career in Real Estate after living here for about five years and after becoming licensed as a Realtor in the United States, I began my practice with Prudential Carolina Real Estate, which is and was the largest real estate firm in Charleston by a huge margin. In a city with hundreds of real estate companies, we had a 55% market share and I was in the top quartile of my office for essentially the entire time I was with the firm! Being not only licensed, but also being a member of both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the South Carolina Association give a huge competitive edge here in Costa Rica, where there are not laws that govern who can and cannot practice in our industry...I know the country well, I have years of very structured experience, I love living here, and I'll be more than happy to lend a truly professional hand to anyone who needs some guidance in the Purchase and Sale process... Pura Vida!.
