Esterillos Oeste Property.

Esterillos Oeste is a small beach town on the Pacific ocean about a 20 minute drive south of Jaco. Esterillos is divided into 3 sections, Oeste (West), Central, and Este (East). The beach is beautiful, the waves are usually good. A large section of the beach is a protected wildlife sanctuary.

The property is located in Esterillos Oeste. It is just over 1300 meters, about 1/4 acre. It is up on a hill and has part of another hill that belongs to it.

The property has a dirt road that comes around the bottom of the front part and comes up along the side where the entrance to the property is.

The front part of my property faces the ocean. You can see the waves rolling in. The part facing the ocean is South. The road borders the West side of the property. If you face the west while on the property, you will see several nice homes spaced apart.

The East side of the property butts up against Cabo Caletas, a 5 star resort project with a golf course. The 5th. hole of the golf course will be directly behind the property where it slopes down. (East). The east also looks like Jurrasic Park. Lots of trees, fields, rolling hills and mountains.

The North side of the property is another hill going up with a low retaining wall. Part of this hill belongs to me and can be built into.

The feeling I get while on this piece of land is serenity. It sits by itself on a hill overlooking beautiful scenery. Next to my property on the south side is a condo under construction that is being built on the street level below.

On the road side of the property is a retaining wall. On the rounded corner where south meets west, the retaining wall has been completely redone and is almost ready to be painted and landscaped.

The top layer of soil on the level part of the property has been removed because it was not good for constructing on.
